Let’s think about the decisions you make every day. How many came out of negotiations? In fact nine to ten were acts of negotiation. Negotiations are made all day; about the dinner in the evening, about your pay-raise, about the bed-time of your kids, about the price for your new car. Life is one big negotiation. The challenge is not about winning despite of others, it is about looking for possibilities and mutual gain. First creating the value before sharing it.
During this workshop we will dive into the main principles of negotiation based on the famous Harvard method. You will learn to increase the consciousness of daily negotiations. You also will develop the skills to negotiate so that you become a viable negotiator and being able to close better deals.
This session is stand-alone, but if you join the afternoon session you can built on this by diving into another aspect of the art of negotiation
