Appdevcon postponed to 2021

We announced a while ago that the dates for the Appdevcon would be moved to September.

September seemed so far off back then, but the Corona crisis is far from over. Although measures are being relaxed in The Netherlands, many of our speakers and attendees are in countries where the Corona virus is far from gone. Because of this, we have decided that the sensible thing to do is to postpone Appdevcon to 2021.

Meanwhile, we will do a number of online sessions with speakers that are willing to deliver an online version of their talk. We have seen mixed feedback to fully online conferences (attending one for a full day is quite exhaustive), but we think by spreading the sessions over a number of evenings throughout the rest of the year, we can stay up to date with developments in our field. These online sessions will be free for all appdevcon ticket holders.

Your current ticket will also remain valid for Appdevcon 2021. We will only settle on the final date when the situation in the world is more certain. If you like to attend the event on the new date, no further action is required. By keeping your ticket, you help us mitigate the financial burden of having to move the conference, but no hard feelings if you don’t.

Are you unable to join us in 2021? You can request a full refund until january 31st, 2021.

This is how you can request a refund:

1 Please forward your invoice to events@egeniq.com
2. If you paid by invoice manually (instead of online) please include the IBAN number of the bank account where we should wire the refund to. If you paid online, the amount will be automatically refunded to the payment method that was used.
3. You will receive a confirmation email after filing your refund request;
4. You will receive your refund within one month after request.

We sincerely hope for your understanding and support.
