Choosing a technology for mobile app development for the next 10 years

We as Mobile Competence Center of the Dutch Tax and Customs Office already make mobile apps for 10 years for the Dutch Tax and Customs office but also for other government organisations. We made those mobile apps using a framework called Xamarin. The Xamarin framework is going to be replaced by Maui a framework not only for mobile apps but also for making applications for other platforms. What will we do ? Follow the migration from Xamarin to Maui or will we make another choice like going native or using Flutter.
