Compose Yourself

The hot topic of the year(s) is Compose: the new declarative way of building native UI on Android. Combine theory and practice by defining the key concepts of Compose and write the code to use them. Go through the do’s and dont’s of working with Compose, best practices and gotcha’s. By the end of the workshop you will be able to use composable functions to show app state, navigate and react to user input. You will be able to explain the fundamentals of Compose to your coworkers. Please make sure you come prepared: have the most recent version of Android Studio installed and be able to run a new project created from the “Empty Compose Activity” template.
