Designers in the agency life: How we keep our cool in the volatile agency life

As a designer and creative strategist in an agency, our work is focused on providing designs, ideas, and concepts for a wide range of clients. We work on a variety of projects, usually multiple at a time, with constantly changing needs and wishes from both our clients and the users of the apps we work on. This all takes place in the constantly changing mobile playing field.
We are expected to work quickly and efficiently and deliver high-quality designs that meet the specific needs and requirements of each client. This forces us to effectively manage our time and often use shortcuts and time-saving techniques when working to speed up repetitive tasks and automate mundane processes, allowing us to focus on more creative and challenging aspects of our work.
In this talk, we’ll share some of our favorite tips and tricks, explain where we follow the rules of native app design and when and where we take the custom route.
