Beyond QA: Building Self-Defending Applications in the Age of AI-Driven Attacks

Generative AI has quietly (or loudly?) changed the threat model. Tools similar in spirit to ChatGPT or open-source LLM agents can fuzz APIs, reverse-engineer mobile binaries on the go, probe edge-cases in authentication flows, and iterate faster than any human test team. Classic QA still matters—but by itself it is no longer sufficient.

In this session we take a practical CTO view on how modern applications must evolve from “tested” to resilient and self-defending. We will show how testing, security, and delivery governance must converge into one feedback system.
