With hundreds of developers, architects, designers and tech leaders gathering in Amsterdam every year, Appdevcon has become a cornerstone event for the mobile and app development community. And as we look ahead to the 2026 edition, one thing is already clear: the enthusiasm within the community is bigger than ever.

772 Sessions Submitted… And Counting

This year’s Call for Papers has seen an incredible response. As of today, 772 sessions have been submitted, a record-breaking number and a testament to the passion and expertise that lives within the global app community.

From deep technical dives to real-world case studies, from platform-specific performance optimisations to topics that challenge how we think about team culture and product development, this CFP round is shaping up to be one of the most diverse we’ve ever had.

And while our reviewers have already rolled up their sleeves and started evaluating the proposals, the real crunch is still ahead. With the Christmas holidays approaching, they’re preparing for one of their busiest (but also favourite) times of the year: curating an exceptional programme for Appdevcon 2026. As always, they’re excited to shape a line-up that inspires, educates and sparks new ideas.

But here’s the important part:

The CFP remains open until Thursday, 19 December at 23:59 CET.
