From Slow to Smooth: Profiling & Fixing Performance with Swift Concurrency & Instruments

Swift Concurrency can make code cleaner, but it can also introduce hidden performance costs if you don’t profile it. In this session, we’ll use Xcode Instruments to identify bottlenecks in a deliberately slow app, then fix them using structured concurrency, actors, and parallel execution patterns. You’ll leave with a practical profiling workflow and the confidence to choose the right concurrency features (and no — we don’t need detached tasks ;-).
